Founder
With over 50 years of experience and craftsmanship originating from Italy. His old fashion charm and work ethic is one of the main reasons for his success over the past 50 years. Business may have changed over the years; with new technology, designs, materials however the one thing that has stayed consistent is his ability to make his clients happy. He dedicates himself to each project that he is a part of to ensure his clients satisfaction. He has always provided an honest day’s work for an honest day’s labor and will continue to do so.
Joe LaFauci
President
With over 15 years of experience in the tile industry I have acquired a vast knowledge of proper tile usages and techniques so that your project will start on the right track. I will be the first to admit that I don't know it all, but I have great contacts with various professionals within the industry and we can get your questions answered.
As you know tile shopping can become extremely overwhelming, I am here to help you with bringing to life an idea, concept, design with keeping your budget in mind while having a few laughs along the way. Renovating should be a stressful time but who said it couldn't be enjoyable as well? With the amount of options we have, we can mix and match tiles to create a unique renovation that will truly complement your home along with your style.
I take on each project as if it were my own, from selecting tiles, to patterns and designs and all the way down to the final details of grout. They all matter and make a difference in your project to me.
Carmela LaFauci
Founder
Few know of Carmela and even less have met her, however she is the glue that holds LaFauci Tile together. She is the reason we have earned the reputation of being a reputable business. She manages the delicate balance of ensuring all our vendors, employees, and subcontractors get paid within a timely manner while managing the billing to our customers. She is very much the unsung hero of our company. Her 40 years of accounting savvy has allowed us to grow year after year.
Raheel Yousuf
Showroom Manager
A local Watertown guy who has hit the ground running and fits in like he has been here from day one. Rah wears many hats in his Showroom manager roll. He ensures all of our orders are coming in correct along with assisting our sales team and customers with day to day activities. He has a positive attitude and responsiveness to customers is what sets him apart. Rah has grown with us since his first day and has proven time and time again he is fully capable of running the showroom.

Designer / Sales Consultant
Nai is new to the tile industry, but not to interior design and customer service. She is looking forward to bringing her experience while growing with LaFauci Tile. With a degree in Psychology and Art, she approaches clients with a respectable and collaborative mindset. She is passionate about learning and her keen eye will help bring clients visions to life.
Bill Hughes
Delivery Driver
Bill is our delivery driver who you will see driving around in the LaFauci Tile box truck for our residential & commercial deliveries. With over 40 years of experience driving trucks and delivering freight Bill brings his vast knowledge and expertise to our team. For most of his career he drove 18 wheelers and this is a nice change of pace for him. You will find out when receiving a delivery from Bill that he’s not only professional but equipped with a joke or story from his driving days.

Design / Sales Consultant
Coney recently moved to Massachusetts from Dallas, Texas! New to the tile industry but found a passion for design after remodeling and designing her kitchen back in Texas. Coming from an extensive customer service background, her outgoing personality and upbeat energy will make you excited to work with her. Her excitement for design is contagious and enthusiasm will show in your project. Coney is bringing some southern flare and hospitality to the LaFauci team!

Custom Service Representative
Gus is one of our laziest employees, as a part time employee he mostly lays around the days he comes in. He may look like a non-approachable employee however don’t let appearances fool you. He is always willing to greet a customer with a smile and watch over the from a distance. His constant need for praise with pats on the heads is a little much at times, but our clients don’t seem to mind. If your coming into the showroom to pick out tile don’t be worried to bring your dog in as Gus is always willing to share one of his treats with them!
Anthony LaFauci
Owner of Precision Tile
(Installation Division)
With over 25 years of experience installing tile, he has become known as one of the premier installers in the industry. He has traveled up and down New England installing tile for various projects from Kennebunkport to Nantucket. He primarily works in the Boston and surrounding areas but is not afraid to travel for the right project. Anthony’s work ranges from the simplest of backsplash to working in multi-million-dollar homes with custom made to order tiles. No project is too small or too large. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from the rest in the industry. Along with installation Anthony is responsible Estimating, Scheduling and Managing our install team.
